American Polyfilm is a family-owned and operated polyurethane film suppliers’ corporation located in Branford, Connecticut.  Since our founding in 1998, we have developed our expertise in producing made-to-order blown thermoplastic polyurethane film products (TPU films) from 1 mil (25µ) to 40 mil (1mm) and up to 78” (2m) wide.  We produce aromatic polyester and polyether thermoplastic polyurethane films as well as aliphatic TPU films.  As polyurethane film manufacturers, we offer reduced lead times and small minimum-order quantities.  We also have the capacity to fill large orders.

American Polyfilm has been an ISO certified polyurethane film supplier since 2007 and currently carries an ISO 9001:2015 designation.

American Polyfilm services a wide variety of industries.  We produce films for medical applications, performance textiles, protective garments, food processing products, and the petroleum industry.  We also manufacture TPU film-based adhesives, fire retardant and anti-static films.  Barrier films, as well as tank liners, and high performance packaging are other market sectors we service.
